Astrid Salgado has spent over 15 years shaping the kind of talent decisions that move companies forward. She began her career in executive search at global firms like Russell Reynolds, placing C-level leaders across Latin America. More recently, she served as Head of Talent at one of Latin America’s top venture capital funds, helping scale some of the region’s most high-potential startups.
Her instinct has been sharpened by hundreds of hours across the table from founders, CEOs, and board members — catching what’s said, what’s left unsaid, and how the best decisions get made. She has a sharp radar for fluff, a deep respect for high-leverage talent, and a trained eye for spotting fit where others just see résumés.
Today, she leads Fitted Talent — a talent firm built not to scale, but to get it right. Her approach blends precision with a top-tier network to craft leadership teams that don’t just function — they shift the trajectory of a business.
